System crash during installation Powerc. Personal & other strange problems

My UPS is a CS 650
If I install PowerChute Personal Edition (both version 2.1 and version 2.2) on my computer (AMD Phenom II X4 with 64-bit Windows 7) the system crashes and reboots without completing the installation and without specifying the error.
The system sees regularly, in devices management, the UPS.
I Also accused several problems: for example, sometimes happens that the UPS emits a few "beeps" as if it came in function the battery and then return, after 5-10 seconds, to the state of normal operation. And this happens very frequently for no apparent reason. Other times emits some beeps and suddenly turns off the computer and the UPS remains with bright red light and "beeps" with a continuous sound. Everything always happens for no apparent reason: in fact the electricity is always present, and there seems no power surges (for example observing the intensity of light of bulbs).
I checked the consumption of the system and get up to 340 watts (at max.).
On my system hibernate is disabled.
How can I figure out where is the problem that prevents the installation of PowerChute? maybe a conflict with drivers??
What do you think about the other problems on the operation of the UPS??
I hope to have been sufficiently clear ..... I apologize, but I do not speak English very well ....
Thank You very much in advance!

I can't say that I've seen anything like that before. At what point during the install does the computer reboot? It could be a software or driver conflict. I would try rebooting then closing out ALL other applications (including security software) and running the install. If that does not work you may want to unplug any other USB devices, uninstall the UPS through Windows device manager, unplug the USB cable from the UPS, plug it back in (so that the driver reinstalls), then try the install.
As far the the beeps from the UPS, what LEDs are present when you hear the beeping? If it shuts down your computer and you see a red light, check to see what it is. The beeping will confirm the problem. For example, if it is a rapid beeping and the replace battery LED is on, the UPS has failed a self-test and the battery should be replaced.

Meanwhile, thanks for the reply.
When the installation stops (about at the end), the image on the screen is filled with jagged lines and color, computer restarts and windows starts normally without indicating the driver who caused the crash. Using "Blue screen viewer" (although one that presented itself to me was not really a bsod) I saw that the error was caused by the NTFS file. But it is a generic signal because other tests have confirmed to me that the NTFS file is perfect as well as the health status of hard drives. Ideally, would be great a program to indicate which drivers are in conflict, but at my knowledge there is no program that allows this.
I will try to install by following your advice...
For the other problem: the light is red, without turning off and the sound is continuous, also without end. I have to click on the button to turn off the UPS and turn it back on.

If you are hearing a constant tone (not a very rapid beeping) then it sounds like an overload. Sometimes when the UPS switches from online to on battery, the transfer time (8-12 ms) can be enough time to remove the power from your power supplies causing it to draw full potential. If the UPS is not sized correctly then it can overload it and cause your equipment to drop hard. If this started recently, you may want to check the configuration to see if you added any devices to the UPS.
