we use the APC environmental manager

looks like someone just installed this version of the apc environmental manager and now we are getting:

Critical - MM: Short-term increasing temperature rate of change violation

the data center is fairly cool, what sensor can I disable or change the settings on to stop this message from coming up

what part number do you have? AP9340 and AP9320 are the likely SKUs..I am thinking AP9340 because it says MM (main module) but just want to be sure..

with that, someone can assist you in what specific settings to change.

if its an AP9340, in the web interface, check under Sensors->whatever temp sensor name you want to change->Rate of change settings.

once you click on that, you can adjust the short term increasing settings.
